VIP Terms of Use

By using or visiting the Superior Radiant Products ("SRP") website, or any service provided to you on, from, or through the SRP website including the VIP area (collectively the "VIP Area") you signify your agreement to (1) these terms and conditions (the "Terms of Use"), (2) SRP's Privacy Policy, found at www.superiorradiant.com/privacy-policy and incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any of these terms or the SRP Privacy Policy please do not use the VIP Area. SRP reserves the right to change these Terms of Use without notice. Your use of the VIP Area is subject to the most current version of the Terms of Use posted on the Site at the time of such use.

REGISTRATION, PASSWORD

The VIP Area has been made available by SRP for use by authorized persons (the "User"). This site contains confidential and other proprietary information of SRP and may only be accessed by Users who have agreed to the Terms of Use and who are given express permission and a password to the VIP Area by SRP. SRP reserves the right to deny access to any User. Access to the VIP Area is further contingent upon the Users agreement to and continued adherence to the Terms of Use herein. Access to the VIP Area is a privilege granted by SRP that may be withdrawn at any time, without obligation to give reasons, and in its sole discretion.

For registration the User must provide accurate information and, where such information changes over time, update such information (to the extent possible: online) without undue delay. The User shall ensure, that its e-mail address, as supplied to SRP, is current at all times and an address at which the User can be contacted.

Upon registration the User will be provided with a User ID and link to set their password. On first access the User shall promptly set the password to one known only to the User. The User ID and password ("User Data") will allow access to the VIP Area and allow the User to view or change personal data.

The User shall ensure that User Data is not accessible by third parties and is liable for all transactions and other activities carried out under its User Data. At the end of each online session, the User shall log-off from the VIP Area. If and to the extent the User becomes aware that third parties are misusing its User Data the User shall notify SRP thereof without undue delay in writing, or, as the case may be, by e-mail.

The User may at any time request termination of its registration in writing, provided that the deletion will not violate the proper performance of contractual relationships. In such event SRP will remove all user data and other stored personally identifiable data of the User as soon as these data are no longer needed.

SRP reserves the right to observe and track any activity in the VIP Area. This data will be collected for the sole purpose of verifying and enforcing access by authorized users only.

By registering for a VIP Area account and clicking the "I agree to the VIP Terms of Use." check box at www.superiorradiant.com/vip-registration you agree to the Terms of Use set forth herein. SRP reserves the right to seek injunctive relief for any violations of these Terms of Use. SRP reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the VIP Area at any time.

SRP owns or licenses all materials on this Site ("Materials"). The Materials are copyrighted and/or trademarked, and any unauthorized use of the Materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE SOFTWARE IS WARRANTED, IF AT ALL, ONLY ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF A SEPARATE LICENSE AGREEMENT ACCOMPANYING THE SOFTWARE. VIRUSES

Although SRP makes every endeavor to keep the SRP Web Site and VIP Area free from viruses, SRP cannot make any guarantee that it is virus-free. The User shall, for its own protection, take the necessary steps to ensure appropriate security measures and shall utilize a virus scanner before downloading any information, software or documentation.

Links to other web sites are provided solely as a convenience to you. SRP does not endorse such sites and is not responsible for their content. If you decide to access any of the sites linked to this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.
